Signature Sourdough
Our flagship loaf, made with organic, locally grown, freshly milled flours from Illinois. This blend of wheat, spelt, and rye offers a deep, malty flavor. Each large loaf weighs over 940g (2 lbs+) pre-bake and is scored with a square to honor our home of Woodstock. Organic and vegan.

Blonde Sourdough
A classic San Francisco-style white sourdough loaf made with organic flours. This large loaf weighs over 2 lbs pre-bake. Organic and vegan.

Classic Sandwich Loaf
A soft, sourdough white sandwich loaf, perfect for everyday use. Made with organic and local flours, organic raw honey, and olive oil. Can be made vegan upon request.

Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough
Our most popular inclusion loaf, made with organic, locally grown, and freshly milled flours from Illinois. Loaded with piquant jalapeños and melty sharp cheddar, it's perfect toasted with cream cheese or as a sandwich base.
Seeded Red Fife
A hearty loaf featuring pepitas, sunflower, and sesame seeds, made with a flour blend including heritage Red Fife wheat for a deep, complex flavor. Uses organic and local flours, organic seeds; vegan.
Cherry & Toasted Pecan Sourdough
A sweet and nutty loaf studded with cherries and toasted pecans, with a hint of vanilla. Made with organic, locally grown, freshly milled flours from Illinois. Vegan.

Available in both Blonde and Signature varieties, these mini loaves (approx. 450g each) are perfect for soups, dips, or as a creative serving vessel. Organic, local flours; vegan.

We love making focaccia and offer both savory and sweet options each week.

We offer a variety of sourdough cookies and specialty items that rotate each week including our (almost-famous) salted chocolate chip and iced oatmeal cranberry cookies, along with par baked pizza crust, biscuits, English muffins, brownies, and more!
